I thought provoking day spent at Grinkle Park Farm in the converted farm buildings which have been transformed into a bespoke and highly equipped cookery school. Using lovingly home grown herbs and vegetables, freshly caught fish from the local fish market and meat reared on the farm were just a few of the ingredients supplied to create my mouth watering middle eastern dishes. Sarah delivered an inspiring course with a snapshot of her experiences of traveling and cooking across the world for an array of demanding ‘rock stars’.
