Ideal for a small family this cottage is in a fantastic location for discovering the nearby coastal towns and villages.

You enter into the delightful sitting room which is a very comfortable space with the benefit of a woodburning stove to relax in front of in the evening.

There is also a dining area where you can spread out the maps and plan the next day’s activities.

At the rear of the property is the kitchen which leads out to the long lawned garden featuring a gas BBQ and comfortable garden furniture. An ideal space to enjoy the evening air whilst you let the children and dogs enjoy the space which includes a large ‘springfree’ trampoline.

The bathroom completes the ground floor accommodation and upstairs are two cosy bedrooms, a king-size double and a bunk room with two full size single beds.

The rural village of Hinderwell is a fantastic location between Staithes and Runswick Bay. The X4 bus passes 50yards from the house offering easy access to both seaside locations. The village is home to a great butchers selling locally reared meats and a selection of fresh fruit and veg along with other household essentials. The fish and chip shop only a short stroll from the cottage along the main street.
